Ephesians 5:15
See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise.

Walk in Wisdom (Part 3)

Young people are to Walk in Wisdom in regards to our submission. In Ephesians 5:21 it says:

"Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God."

We are all to be under authority.

  • The child is to be under their parent's authority
  • The wife is be under her Husband's authority
  • The husband is to be under God's authority

Our greatest example of being submissive is the Lord Jesus Christ.

Matthew 26:39 - And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

We all have a responsibility to submit to God.

James 4:7 - Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

John 5:30 - I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

In submission we are to obey.
1 Samuel 15:22-23 - Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.
As we seek to walk in this world for Jesus Christ let us be careful that we Walk in Wisdom.

Young people Walk in Wisdom in regards of how you Spend your time, in your Singing and in your Submission.
